- Several women are seen naked or partly so in a locker room, bare buttocks are clearly seen as well as outlines of their bodies. This scene is not sexual.
- A man looks at a person's clothed chest and crotch briefly out of confusion. The person he's looking at catches on that he's confused about her gender and says she isn't a boy or a girl. This isn't sexual or suggestive really.
- A man is told about a catheter implanted in his suit that'll go in through his urethra. He puts on the suit, then activates it and immediately seems to be in great pain (for obvious reasons). Several women in said suit look uncomfortable and in pain, clearly because of the catheter.

- A man falls into a large pool of raw rice on accident, he is then thrown out of the machine and we see that two of his fingers have been broken and bent completely back. This looks very painful.
- That same man gets on a train and ends up getting hit in the head by a wall at high speed. He gets knocked out and rolls violently from how fast he has been hit.
- The same man later jumps out of a window and hits the ground hard before then being punched in the face and knocked out by another man.
- The man faints from hunger briefly before recovering.
- The catheter scene mentioned before, while not actually shown, is still pretty painful to watch as it's clear what's happening.
