Tanzania has a youth population of over ten million. Only one in four children attend secondary school. In Karatu, a rural village in Tanzania, one school is dedicated to changing those odds. Tumaini Junior School is a nonprofit primary school founded by Modest Bayo. His dream was to give children in his home town an opportunity to get the education he never had. This is the story of a man and his dream of a better life for the children of his village.
