- Toy Chica wears a skimpy outfit, but it isn't meant to be sexual.
- The word "predator" is mentioned in a call.

- We never see actual violence occur when we die, but we can assume that we were killed or injured.
- We see children die in the minigames we play after we die.
- The majority of these jumpscares involve a bit of violence, one of the animatronics strangle the player, most of them jump directly at the player and bite them.

- Some withered animatronics are terrifying to some.
- Old Bonnie appears without a face. You can see his endoskeleton inside with glowing red-eyes. This may creep people out.
- While all the animatronics have loud jumpscares, Golden Freddy is the loudest when he kills the player.
- There is an animatronic called "Mangle" that could be frightening to some because of its messed-up/broken appearance. It is mentioned that this animatronic was made to be taken apart and put back together by children.
- If Balloon Boy enters the room, he will make a disturbing laugh. The laugh is child-like, but it could unsettle people.
- When you open the game for the first time, you will see an animatronic in the dark making scary and disturbing robotic noises. This lasts for about 30 seconds. This also repeats at the end of each night you complete.
- Unlike the first game this one is a lot more intense and panic inducing and it uses that as most of it's horror, it still has a scary atmosphere though.
- Like the first game, it's all centered around jump scares and should not be played by anyone who can't handle them.
- Sometimes on rare occasions when starting up the game or night or killed there will be an eyeless animatronic on screen that may startle some, but it only last 10 seconds.

- If you lose in the Take Cake to the Children minigame, a purple car outside the building will arrive and Purple Guy will come out and kill a child but there is no gore.
