Director Henri Charr made a big effort to portray the lives one of three legendary Assyrian leaders and politicians .
As an Assyrian, I am really proud to see the first Assyrian movie in silver screen.
Henri Charr picked the most important events of Freydun Atturaya's life and did a marvelous job to create a reliable screen play. Along with Henri's directing and leading, the crew made the movie so realistic.
Vaz Andreas, with his remarkable resemblance to Freydun, acted perfectly.
Steve Guttenberg also performed well as the a narrator.
I hope one day in the early future, Henri will remake this movie with a big budget, because personally for me, Freydun Attoraya is Assyrian Doctor Zhivago.
