A highly enjoyable and funny short film dealing with a clueless, jobless college dropout named Christopher Columbus (Andrew Mackin, one of the
dangerous teens from "Mystic River") who's
chosen to be part of a scientific experiment conducted by three young geniuses (Charlie Harmony, Heidi Cox and Rowan Russell) who develop a crazed
technique that allows time travel. Will this new and naive Columbus find a way to conquer new worlds from the future or the past and become a hero of our times, or he'll ruin everything
and stay trapped at a certain period of time? Find it out.
It doesn't bring almost anything to the conversation, either being a small adventure film or as a comedy related with time travel and weird experiences, but it's done in such a careful and almost innocent way that it's hard to resist its charm and its qualities. I'll say it was a little predictable at parts, but for the most part there were plenty of fun surprises. Kudos to all the actors involved, their acting is incredible and they all seemed to have enjoyed their parts. 9/10.
