- Indecent Justice recounts the story of a young man, Wally Edwards, whose dabbling with marijuana costs him his athletic scholarship. His thoughtless efforts to get his life back on track leads to his being framed for the double murder of two detectives and the robbery of $50 million in cocaine.—Bernard S. Smith
- Twenty-one year old, WALLY EDWARDS, needs $5000 for a drug rehab to regain his baseball scholarship. Traitorous cop, Captain EARL BARNETT, offers Wally the chance for the money if he would carry a small quantity of marijuana across the Louisiana border. Wally agrees, but carefully avoids telling his wife, GWEN, a red-haired beauty, fearing he would lose her trust. He had promised to go straight. At the pick-up spot, everything goes wrong. Two detectives are slain and 50 million dollars of cocaine, instead of marijuana, destined for the crime lab, is shoved into Wallys van with instructions by Barnett to bring the shit to the hideout.
Wally, fearful for his life, double-crosses Barnett and hides the cocaine, wanting time to figure things out. Chief of Detectives ANTHONY ALEXANDER with little to no evidence, except a hunch, arrests Wally for the murders. Wally will not disclose the location of the dope until he gets bail and is freed from all charges. ROY MITCHUM, an unscrupulous, high-priced New Orleans attorney, is brought in by Barnett and his cohorts. Mitchum has nothing in his arsenal of legal tricks to force the court to grant bail, except one person: Wallys wife.
