Horror Alumi Slumber Party
hellraiser730 March 2018
This show is sort of a dream come true because it's a horror fan's dream, having horror almui spend one night with you.

There really isn't a lot I can say, it's a simple sleepover premise but for adults and that what really makes it cool. I really like the interactions Adam has with the horror Alumi because both are pretty much being themselves. He not just asks a few question on their experences in the field and even the alumi are allowed to ask also which as usual are insightful, but we also just simply see two people just having a good time together and enjoying each others company which makes this really fun and touching.

I always like it when we see them play some board games from Felissa Rose playing "Operation" with Adam, yeah that game is fun but tricky that shock sound always made me nervious, it was really funny seeing her get jumpy whenever she touched the sides. And in an episode with Joe Lynch when Adam unveils the Indiana Jones version of "Life" Joe refuses to play and makes a statement on why no one plays tabletop games anymore; that kinda cracked me up because knowing Joe this was probably one of two things, "one he doesn't like the game "Life" or any version of it", "two he's probably pulling Adam's chain" though for the record I still love playing tabletop games.

Each episode is memorable obviously since each features a different horror alumi, but there is always something different both do in each one which keeps things fresh. Several of my favorates are Daniel Harris, Felissa Rose, Kane Hodder, Joe Lynch, Tony Todd; alright it's about all of them but the few I picked because there was a certain something that happened in them, my fandom meter on those people is higher, and certain things both Adam and the alumi have said really make the episode stick out. This show even has a Christmas Special where we see several of the alumi have an early Christmas Dinner with Adam which I'll say is the best Christmas present ever.

For fans of horror this is a night worth spending.
