Live newscaster-on-site speaks of extreme devastation around her. There isn't a twig out of place.
Same live newscaster states, "As you can see people are being rushed to the hospital in ambulances." Behind her is one lone ambulance standing idly by and an unharmed woman sitting on a gurney calmly having her blood pressure taken.
They were at hill top and running away though electricity was striking and reverse tornados were forming far away from the hill top. Also, it didn't become clear when Jennifer fell and how she got stuck under that tree log. Seems some crucial scene got scissored out at editing table.
When Jennifer is stuck under the tree log, they combine their powers to lift the tree log up and thrown it far away. They lift the tree log too high, and if they couldn't balance their power all this time due to any disturbance or sound or anything, the tree log would have fallen again on Jennifer absolutely crushing her to death. They needn't have thrown the tree log so far away. They should have lifted it just slightly, while it was still pivoted on ground at one end, and rotated it just enough to make Jennifer free or they could have just lifted it a few inches so that Jennifer could have crawled out from under it. What they did was just a waste of their powers.
General White tells her secretary to clear the White House now and to let them know an attack is imminent. That is politically incorrect. No mere secretary can tell such an important thing to the President of U.S. The General himself had to say it to the president, and if practical in the circumstances, personally face to face. Seems General White would not remain a general even after the day is saved.
