If I'm not mistaken, the running time of this picture . . .
. . . is totally missing from this page. Fortunately, tonight I was able to record the EXACT length of the most famous remake done about THE PRINCESS AND THE PEA. This latter flick clocks in at 5 minutes, 20.58 seconds. First broadcast as a "Fractured Fairy Tale" on the Season #1, Episode #10 outing of The Bullwinkle Show Thursday, Jan. 21, 1960, this masterful Princess rendition exceeds all expectations. Full of unforeseen twists and turns, the plucky princess of The Bullwinkle Show won America's hearts and minds from her get-go. On the other hand, the court jester--"Million Laughs" Charlie--seems to be a prophetic dead ringer for the future twice-impeached Washington Joker. When you do the math, it's likely that Charlie was a key if not the primary role model for the latter miscreant as he struggled through Reform School.
