  Glenn Rhee : Hey, I was thinking, if we can find a way to distract the herd coming in, then they won't make it back to the community.

  Heath : How?

  Glenn Rhee : Burn one of the buildings. Hopefully more. They'll get drawn to it and stop here.

  Heath : It's gonna take some time.

  Michonne : I'll do it. You stay with them.

  Glenn Rhee : It's my plan. It's on me.

  Glenn Rhee : That's why I'm doing this. You've got to get everybody back. You're the one who can. If I take too long, you just go.

  Nicholas : [Glenn puts his head down]  I can - I can draw you a map

  Glenn Rhee : No. You lead the way. Just gotta do one thing first.

  [Glenn takes a minute to call Rick on the walkie-talkie, seeing his pocket watch] 

  Glenn Rhee : [Glenn calls Rick on the walkie-talkie as Rick continues to run for the RV, killing a small group of walkers]  Rick, it's Glenn. We're in a town five degrees east of the green marker. If you get around on Redding in the next 20 minutes, you should be good. I think that's how far we're ahead of the herd. I'm gonna try to set a fire and distract them. If you don't see smoke, they're still coming your way. I got to go. Good luck, dumbass.

• [Glenn and Nicholas climb to the top of a dumpster and become surrounded by dozens of snarling, reaching walkers on all sides] 

  [Nicholas goes into a state of shock at the sight of the walkers, as he hears a muffled Glenn trying to call to him] 

  Glenn Rhee : [Glenn screams out for Nicholas to look at him, as Glenn looks at Nicholas in the eyes]  Hey, look at me! Look at me!

  Glenn Rhee : [Glenn finally gets his attention]  Hey! Hey! Nicholas! Look at me!

  Nicholas : [Nicholas looks at Glenn in a daze, as he holds his pistol up to the side of his head murmuring to Glenn]  Thank you.

  [the hammer of the gun clicks, as the blood sprays onto Glenn with the two falling into the crowd of walkers] 

• [Rick talks alone with Glenn and Michonne about the plan to get back to Alexandria] 

  Rick Grimes : Glenn, Michonne. If something's in front of you, you kill it. No hiding, no waiting. You keep going.

  Glenn Rhee : I'm going with you, you can't do this on your own.

  Rick Grimes : Glenn, I can do this.

  Michonne : [to Glenn]  You need to help me. We've got to get these people back.

  Rick Grimes : Yeah. Thing is, they aren't all gonna make it.

  Michonne : Rick.

  Rick Grimes : You try to save them, you try, but if they can't keep up, you keep going. You have to. You make sure you get back.

  [Rick and the group have to retreat into the woods, away from the herd that heads towards Alexandria] 

  Glenn Rhee : [Glenn stops beside Rick]  Try again.

  Rick Grimes : [Rick talks into the walkie-talkie]  Tobin, it's not stopping. Light it up, you hear me? Tobin!

  Michonne : [a single walker snarls coming at Rick]  Michonne.

  Michonne : [Michonne runs alongside Rick]  Got it.

  Sturgess : Shit! Shit! It was half. Jesus, it was more than half.

  Annie : We gotta stay ahead of them. They walk, we run.

• [Nicholas recognizes a walker from the community while in the street with Glenn] 

  Nicholas : [the walker snarls from the ground]  Wait. It should be me. He was on my crew. His name was Will. He was 19. We left him behind.

  Glenn Rhee : [Glenn tries to remind Nicholas who he is now]  You're not that guy anymore. Hey, you are here now. You are not that guy anymore. Okay.

  [Nicholas kneels down to kill the walker]
