Two episodes ago, Tess (Nina Lisandrello) told them in the morgue that Braxton's body was identified through dental records. The corpse was mentioned to have missing parts, but covered with a sheet. In this episode, the corpse is shown, and revealed to have been headless. No dental records possible.
Catherine Chandler and Vincent are the names taken from the original Beauty and the Beast (1987), which was also set in New York City. Additionally, the alias names used are Isabelle and Adam. In the Disney version, Belle falls for her Beast, who canonically is named Adam, though it is not mentioned in the film. That version is also set in France, where the heroes get their Happily Ever After.
