The film starts off with a woman getting robbed by some thugs. The scene itself is shrouded in darkness, and the way it's shot makes you really feel the panic of the victim. But all of that changes when Batman unexpectedly arrives,knocking down the thugs and looking awesome while doing it. The next scene shows a bank robbery, with the robbers taking a hostage. However once again Batman takes care of the situation. First, I will bring up the good parts: The cameras. The idea of filming Caught on Tape by security cameras gives the film a claustrophobic feel, making the situations and action sequences way more intense that the other way around. The bad parts: The switching between the cameras (making it look like all one shot) becomes annoying after a while. I personally would have liked it more if the camera just cut between the different cameras instead of following over to the others. But oh, well, it's still a great film. The suspense is great, the action is great, it's a pretty great film overall. 8/10
