- EMT Gavin Istre: Fell about 15 feet. She said she slid off, she was smoking cigarettes, so my proof that cigarettes kill, right?

- EMT Dan Flynn: [finger to his mouth] Shhhhhh. Shhhhhh... Listen... I need you to stop laughin' so I can listen to your lungs.
- Patient: Alright. You quit laughin', and I will.
- [after releasing a suspect who probably dropped a found gun when police arrived, but no proof]
- Unidentified police officer: Caused him a slight inconvenience. At least he'll have to go get another gun.
- [talking with a veteran who attempted suicide by taking lots of lithium pills]
- Patient: I'm gonna keep trying 'til I make it. 'Til I succeed.
- EMT Arkady Hennessey: [emphatically] No. Why ya gonna do that to your mama? You worried about everything she got goin' on already. Look at me. I lost my mama three years ago to suicide... you know what ya doin' to your mama?
- Patient: I know what I'm doin' to me.
- EMT Arkady Hennessey: I know, but you gotta think about the other people around you, okay?

- EMT Holly Monteleone: [narrating] I can smell animal feces and urine.
- EMT Nick Manning: [on scene] Holy s**t!
- EMT Holly Monteleone: [narrating] I go to put my things down, and thousands of roaches started scattering.

- EMT Arkady Hennessey: [narrating] I like being on fire standby calls 'cause I burn up with it...

- EMT Arkady Hennessey: Oh my god, my favorite smell in the world.

- EMT Arkady Hennessey: When I was little, the smell of a house fire was my comfort smell because I knew that my dad had been in a fire that night, that he had saved somebody... and he still came home at the end of the night.

- EMT Ted Andressen: Gonna get you on this board, okay?
