Sex & Nudity
-
- A photograph of two male nudes seen from behind is on camera for about a minute. The photograph is not sexual at all.
Violence & Gore
-
- Varda's vision is worsening as she ages. To sustain what vision she has left, she gets an injection in her eye. After the operation, Varda says it reminded her of the scene in which the man from Un Chien Andolou cut the woman's eye with a razor (though a cow's eye was used for the practical effect), and the footage from the 1929 film is briefly shown.
Profanity
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking
Frightening & Intense Scenes
-
- The eye surgery scene is somewhat disturbing, but overall the film is very lighthearted.
