It's hard to find a good series nowadays that doesn't contain the "totally saw that coming" or the typical "learned lesson." Spankle and Hodge is one of those hard-to-find series. The humor is particular and bold, and the series is persistent with its humor. Furthermore, with each episode, there is literally no way to guess what is going to happen and there is literally no lesson to be learned. The antagonists in each episode are unique, have committed the most insane "crimes," and have some of the best names I have ever heard. Whoever writes the scripts for this series is brilliant.
It's just random. It's just out there. It's just weird. It's great.
