Admirable twist, nice exploration of the relation between family members, nuances and games. A smart short film about appearences, solidarities and rules. And about the manner to transform in victim a guest. So, a sort of adaptation of Breugel paintings and a psychological fine short film. A family. The son. His girl friend. A night game with real high mise. And the lovely show of confrontation with real surprising result.

I'm not sure if this was meant to be a comedy - but I laughed myself silly

OK... first, I must admit, I have a dark sense of humor. I will laugh at things people often find negative or hurtful to someone's feelings.

Meeting the boyfriend's parents are never fun! But, this family makes it even better... it's game night (every Friday with his family) and he invites his girlfriend over to meet his parents. Although, he WARNS her his Mother can be very competitive, and does NOT like to lose!

The girlfriend doesn't care - she decides she's going to play the game to win - which completely sets the Mother off!! Her temper is just raging.

*BUT THE ENDING WAS HILARIOUS! What an interesting twist!! This is a must see!!!
