After being trapped in the room for two days, the table in front of Bennet's bed will have nothing but a pencil on it. After hearing a sound out in the hall and Bennet going to the door, a metal spoon materializes on the table which Bennet will use to try to remove a brick from the wall. If the player dismisses Bennet's attempt to remove the brick, depending on which Bennet is in the room, two different situations occur. If in the room with Gordon Bennet, be dismissive and he'll throw the spoon to the ground but the spoon will disappear. If Anna Bennet is in the room, dismissing her will simply cause the spoon to disappear from her hand.
After leaving Bragg's office with David, Suzanne and Bennet, if the player chooses not to eat the bug leaving Bennet alive, there will be a door that if the player walks up to will trigger a memory. The memory has a man in the room sitting on the floor begging to be released so he can see his family. If the player looks down during the memory, it shows the Inpatient wearing a patients outfit. Since the memories found in the game are played out in reverse order, the memory should show the Inpatient wearing a doctor's uniform instead.
When the elevator goes to the first floor, Ted ask Victor if he can open the door from his side. After struggling with the cage door, Victor grabs a crowbar from a wall mount and pries open the door but then drops the crowbar to the ground. After the elevator stops at the second floor, if the Inpatient goes back to the first floor, the crowbar is back on the wall mount.
When the player walks into the supply closet, there will be a light switch right next to the door. If the player looks at the small calendar on the wall, this triggers a flashback. During the flashback, the light switch will be missing.
