- A lot less flirting or strong sex scenes than in the first season.
- Harley sometimes goes into a mode of flirting towards Bruce.
- During the episode 5 Villain Joker path, Harley flirts heavily with other people and even with Joker.
Violence & Gore

- Short sequences of disturbing and gory content is shown
- The riddler is known for using torture devices.
- The joker uses brief jokes before murdering characters. This occurs off screen. This is similar to The Dark Knight.
- The joker briefly kills a character onscreen. (This is not bloody whatsoever)
- Bruce often is seen with criminals such as Harley Quinn, Bane and Joker. Harley briefly is seen shooting characters. This instince only lasts a half a second.
- This game has a tamed level violence and could be easily handled. This is a Batman game after all.
- Cutscenes depict graphic violence, such as a man's throat getting slit by a hook and a character's stomach getting sliced open.
- On par with Heavy Rain and God of War

- Barely any cursing in the entire 5 episodes.

- A man angrily tries to attack joker and Bruce as he violently asks for his "pills" this is obviously beer or drugs.
- Jim Gordon smokes cigarettes on multiple occasions.
- Amanda Waller smokes a cigarette.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Frightening sequences are frequent. People are seen with blood pouring from their eyes, people are seen screaming and running, bombs are frequent and other frightening scenes.
- You have to solve riddles and if you get one of them wrong, it ends up getting your teammates killed. This is a very stressful moment.

Sex & Nudity
- Joker is seen kissing Harley for a long 10 seconds.
- Bruce Wayne can kiss Selena Kyle, depending on player choices.
Violence & Gore
- At the start of episode 1 a man is forced into one of The Riddler's torture chambers, and some of his fingers are subsequently cut off with bloody detail.
- If you choose to reveal yourself as the mole at the end of episode 3, episode 4 begins with you discovering the bloodied bodies of many agents that the pact have killed offscreen.
- During the villain joker path, the joker and Harley Quinn can break into Bruce's office and gas the whole building. The bodies are bloody and disgusting to look at.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Turning the Joker into a villain is extremely sad as he was a nice though mentally unstable man even through the first season but depending on what you choose he will turn into a murderous villain who hates you and everyone else. It's heartbreaking and hard to watch knowing you turned him into a murderer.
- As well as going down the villain Joker path towards the end depending on your choices you will be in a funhouse in which Joker and Harley Quinn make you and a few other people do puzzles and the funhouse has some scary and bloody imagery as well (such as a man's heart)
- In the beginning Lucius Fox can die in which sets the tone for the rest of the game, can be pretty sad as his young daughter is sad about it as well.
