Fun Short
Bringing Slither's Creatures to Life (2006)
*** (out of 4)
Kurt Jackson worked as the First Assistant Special Effects artist on SLITHER and in this five-minute featurette he teaches people how to make blood. A quick Google search would give you several ways to make movie blood but for the most part this is a mildly entertaining featurette that has Jackson being energetic and he's at least fun to watch. He basically gives the viewer the ingredients to make blood and shows you various ways to make it look more authentic. He then shows various examples of stuff actors can put in their mouth and other fake blood that can't be used for spit. Again, there's nothing ground-breaking here but it's a fun and mildly educational short.
