20 minutes I'll never get back.

Some of the worst acting I've seen in a fan film. Poor script. Weak Jason. Poor representation of Tommy Jarvis. Jason can't die, and Tommy knows this though the director has Tommy go on a suicide mission to kill Jason, though he literally knows he can't. The location looked good. The Jason character had a good costume and mannerisms, though he should have been more aggressive. The fact that they knocked him out with a rock was ridiculous. All in all, it could have been way better. I'd recommend "Never Hike Alone" over this garbage.

Might get a round of applause from an amatuer film school

Not a horrible short fan film, but nothing thats a must see. Some very sloppy editing can be seen, or someone doing the best they could trying to match scenes lit differently to each other. It goes from sunny dry to wet to dry in a matter of a few shots of a scene.

Some very poor acting on most parts and a mistake trying to recast Tommy Jarvis again and played yet again totally different to the last actors portrayal. Plus Jason looked really crap.

Great Director!

I had the pleasure to meet Ian Messenger in Tombstone, AZ. A great guy with great ideas. This movie is just one of them. Monkey Farm was also a great movie by him. He has the perfect group of actresses and actors for his projects. Lots of imagination with good layout of time lines and a sense of how to make a movie.

A Killer Horror Tribute

This short film is a passion project and an incredibly fun homage to the overall Friday The 13th series. It hits on all of the major elements you'd expect to see in a Friday film, or any good slasher flick for that matter. If you're a fan of Jason Voorhees, or just want to watch a quick but exciting killing spree, you should definitely enjoy this. Give it a watch, or Jason will come for you.
