This is an episode that talks about suicide as the main element of the plot. A man is thought to have killed his wife. She committed suicide. They focus on the husband also threatening suicide and Lou tells his story about his almost attempt. It's super emotional but written well and the message delivered well.

Warning: Spoilers
I think in real life, the police would have detained the father-in-law by placing him in the back seat of a cruiser. Instead he was left free to wander around which gave him the ability to grab the gun from the distracted officer. He would never have been allowed that kind of freedom after they took his gun from him.
I have one question about the last song that was played at the end of the episode. I would love to know the name of the song and singer/band. I've been trying to find it online, but having no success.
