These episodes are both pretty meh. Scales of Justice is the slightly worse of the two, being an environmental episode (done way better than Save Royal Woods I may add). It's pretty predictable and whatnot. Moving on, Crimes of Fashion is still pretty meh, but a little better than Scales of Justice. The detective stuff has been handled better in other shows, for example Paw and Order (Brandy & Mr. Whiskers). It adds nothing new to the table, but it did have a twist I didn't see coming (after watching it again years later) plus one laugh-out-loud funny joke. Scales of Justice is a 3/10 and Crimes of Fashion is a 4/10, averaging to a 3.5/10 (rounded up to a 4).
