New approach to show Berlin's history
Natura Urbana is really fascinating and shows Berlin's tangled and complex history through a completely different lens, which is nature. That's really eye opening how things we don't usually notice, but we are surrounded by them at the same time everywhere we go, can tell so much. Another very important aspect of the film that it really makes you want to come back to Berlin and maybe enjoy the city in a bit different way than usual, touristic approach (Südgelände!). Also, a very valuable thing about the film is that it shows the complex topic as it should be shown, which is using many points of views coming from different branches of science, that provides you an in-depth look and keeps the viewer attracted to the screen. To summarize, Natura Urbana is a very original documentary that needs much more attention from the viewers that are interested in the world around them.
