- A character is stabbed in the leg with a knife. The he has his ear bitten by another character (not bitten off just bitten)
- A character hugs another character so tightly until they suffocate and passes out. A little distressing

- We see a character angrily throw ~20 knives into the stomach of another character. We see him impaled on the floor and very bloody.
- The most gruesome gore of the entire series. We see a character dead on the floor with an eyepatch. Five removes the eyepatch and inserts the glass eye into the socket (mostly obscured by a hand). 10 seconds later five pops the eye back out with his finger - very close up. Then you see him with an empty socket.

- An old lady is tied up, there is a big fight where she may or may not die. But it is set to a very happy song
