Betty finds a refrigerator full of harvested organs stored at The Farm. But organs have a short window of viability outside of the human body without mechanical assistance. They usually expire within hours, and cannot be stockpiled in a fridge for later use when needed.
Betty is told by her mother that she has the "MAOA serial killer gene" but no one else in her immediate family does. There are two issues with this: 1) Even allowing for mutation, the odds of her having it but neither parent having is pretty much impossible, and 2) most geneticists take offense at the reference (while it can be an indicator of violent tendencies it's more nuanced than that).
While recounting her encounter in Edgar's office, Betty mentions that he has a set of "magnet balls" on his desk. It's a common office toy that relies on how pendulums work. If they were truly magnetic they would stick together when they collided, not transfer the momentum to the series of balls like they are supposed to.
