Greetings from Lithuania.

"The One-Eyed Man", 8th episode of "The Expanse" season 4 was one of the more involving in this season, as well as the previous one. I really was intrigued of what was going on on the new planet were our heroes stuck, with situation getting from bad to worse every minute - it reminded me of situation in "Aliens". And the outcome was also involving and satisfying. Also plot lines on Earth and Mars are also pretty good.

Overall, with only two episodes now left in this season, i'm looking forward to see how it all ends. At least for now.

Intrigue is the fabric of disguise as the plot thickens. Miller and Captain can be annoyingly helpful when the multitude of lives face imminent danger. It leaves us long for the next episode.

Spectacular!

Brilliant writing and a gripping episode as things start looking "less bleak" and story lines begin to merge. Well let's see what happens with the returning character at the end!

The connection of the cable between the Roci and Barb was a great sequence, the "simple" parts of the Expanse are so powerful... (I suspect this wasn't a trivial scene to put together!)

I think I'm too much of a "fan boy", but enjoying this series as much as the preceding 3, it's slower in parts than S3, but I'm good with that it pays off every time!

Enjoy.

Some Hope

Warning: Spoilers
This series has become so bleak since the population went underground. We begin to see how a little humanity could go a long long way. But we continue to see how one with a psychotic tendency would judge a whole population and despite getting a reprieve himself, continue to destroy those who are innocent. Also, we have a separate plot with the search for the terrorist who talked his way into freedom. And then there is Bobbie.

One of the best episodes so far

Deception shown from different points of views and so well transmitted. There was a point in this episode which made me really fear for the future. Avasarala playing politics in such a smart and real way; the lost of juman vision without being able to do anything and the deception of some martians to discover that there terra dream will never be successful

And some hope as well : the appearance of a cure for the blind and the opportunity to some martians of searching for the future somewhere else

The end of the episode with the unexplainable ??? Shout of Miller, the investigator What does it mean ?

More suspense and new questions to be answered in the next two episodes, I hope.

Great plot but...

... Steven Strait in the background in the Bar scene (14:25) or someone who extremely resembles him causes a negative distraction. In general the plot calls 'Blindness' by Saramago to mind.
