Why would you play golf in this heat when the caddy is suffering from heat stroke.
So golf is more important than a persons life.

End it, Danno

Warning: Spoilers
That was the most pointless piece of television that I can remember seeing in many a long year. Spoiler alert. Apparently it gets hot in Hawaii. Steve and Danny chase around after someone who ends up dead before they get there, the newbies continue their pre coital squabbling and Grover plays golf. Edge of the seat stuff. The constant bickering between Steve and Danny of this pointless bloody restaurant has now become so bad that I just fast forward through it.

Worst. Episode. Ever.

There was maybe 5 minutes of actual crime drama in this one. The rest was taken up by endless Danno/McGarrett bickering, the two newbies never-ending mating ritual - just do it already!, and theabsurd golf story. I now fast forward thru all Danno/McGarrett scenes until the phone call that actually starts the episode.
Terrible episode

Bad episode. Candidate for worst of the 9 seasons.

Warning: Spoilers
Closest I can remember to turning off.
Some terrible depictions of how to behave at such temperatures, e.g. treatment of the caddy amounts to assault.
Anti-climax to how the perpetrator story-line (I mean there are WELL-known protocols for people trapped in elevators/lifts).
The backstory restaurant is just becoming tedious. Fold it up. And lose the once good character now caricature Kamekona.
She started the car didn't she? Dead battery?
+1 star for good music at the end.

Little Less Talk and More Action

Warning: Spoilers
I agree with the climate alarmest comments. Also, I bet I fast forewarded through over half the show to get past what I'll call the "up close and personal" scenes. If next episode isn't better I'll be saying aloha to 5-0.
Probably the worst episode yet

Just plain horrible... Absolutely no action, and pointless filler with Grover's golf game and, as usual, the cringy relationship of Tani and Junior. I cannot stand those two. Not to mention Kamekona being cheap as usual, and Danny and Steve just bickering the whole time. Just skip over this episode... It does nothing to further the storyline except waste 42 minutes of your life.

Global warming alarmist episode...
johnnyo-113 October 2018
Well that was a completely bogus episode!! This is usually a fun series to watch but the story lines have been getting weaker and weaker lately. This one is the weakest!!! Nothing but a global warming alarmist episode straight form the climate alarmist playbook. A lot of current series are getting harder to watch. It's like the writers are on strike and the only ones writing are a bunch of kindergarten kids!!
Horrible

Hawaii with a heat wave?
steelman060510 November 2022
Seriously? One of if not the worst episodes ever done in the series! Hawaii with a heat wave? That's a joke right, small islands surrounded by the ocean, known for surfing and swimming, yet everyone suffers as it gets a little hot? Totally inaccurate, most peoples are already climatized, they would be used to a little hotter, plus you're on an island! Most of the populace lives within 45 minutes of ocean, go have a day at the beach and make it an ohana day! Hawaiians know this, and things like this in episodes is what makes people disappointed, inaccuracy. If temps were a little hotter than normal than just go into water, surf, picnic, etc. I'm pretty sure everyone there is close enough!
