There's a cop, who may be from NY, who works in WA with another cop. The other cop has a wife, and retires. The two cops share an ice cream sunday. There's a killer. He killed a guy. He kills people for a living. And is supposed to kill one more person but has a change of heart, and then has another change of heart. It goes kill, live, and back to kill, to live, kill, live. Finally we're so confused, he gets confused and instead of pulling the trigger he pushes the clip release on his pistol and gets shot himself. There's a black man who we find out has a remarkable aim with a pistol. Then instantly loses that remarkable aim and credibility, of being able to do anything the movie has lead you to believe, as you watch him frantically lose his dodo and life in a matter of seconds. Sun Tzu is a dumb dumb, and war is not an art is practically the argument for that. A wife/mother is in a mental hospital and she receives a watch.
