- The Mandalorian: [referring to his ship] There's no way we're gonna get this to work without a full maintenance facility. This is gona take days to fix.
- Kuiil: [already getting to work] If you care to help, it might go faster. There's much work to do.
- Kuiil: [after the Child used the Force on a Mudhorn] Is it still sleeping?
- The Mandalorian: Yes.
- Kuiil: Was it injured?
- The Mandalorian: I don't think so. Not physically.
- Kuiil: Explain it to me again. I still don't understand what happened.
- The Mandalorian: Neither do I.
- The Mandalorian: I can't thank you enough. Please allow me to give you a portion of the reward.
- Kuiil: I cannot accept. You are my guest, and I am therefore in your service.
- The Mandalorian: I could use a crew member of your ability, and I can pay handsomely.
- Kuiil: I am honored, but I have worked a lifetime to finally be free of servitude.
- The Mandalorian: I understand. Then all I can offer is my thanks.
- Kuiil: And I offer mine. Thank you for bringing peace to my valley. And good luck with the child. May it survive and bring you a handsome reward.
- Kuiil: This is what was causing all the fuss?
- The Mandalorian: I think it's a child.
- Kuiil: It is better to deliver it alive, then.
- The Mandalorian: My ship has been destroyed. I'm trapped here.
- Kuiil: Stripped, not destroyed. The Jawas steal. They don't destroy.
- The Mandalorian: Stolen or destroyed, makes no difference to me. They're protected by their crawling fortress. There's no way to recover the parts.
- Kuiil: You can trade.
- The Mandalorian: With Jawas? Are you out of your mind?
- Kuiil: I will take you to them. I have spoken.
- Kuiil: [conversing in Jawaese] He is Mandalorian. He cannot give you his beskar armor. What else may he trade?
- The Mandalorian: [in English, seeing two Jawas near the Child in his landspeeder] Get away from it!
- Kuiil: There must be something else.
- Jawa Elder: [conferring with the other Jawas] We will require the Egg. Bring us the Egg.
- The Mandalorian: The egg? What egg?
