Bebop Noir.
shroomanp20 November 2021
Without a doubt, the first five minutes was the best shot for shot remake of a comic book since Sin City.

Channeling the great noir detectives like Sam Spade, Mike Hammer, and Lazlo Woodbine, Mustafa Shakir shows off his acting chops down to the nines, with trenchcoats, fedora, and spats.

John Cho and Daniella Pineda are really starting to nail their characters down pat, and honestly, any Cowboy Bebop fan who hasn't started to get on board with this as it is so far, isn't really a fan.

A definite 8/10!

The Series Gets Progressively Better

The series has grown on me. The stories get better every episode. You can see that the team chemistry is better. I loved the original anime, but I am thoroughly enjoying the series.

Cowboy Bebop: Noir Style
BlueKnightReviews24 November 2021
Warning: Spoilers
This was definitly a fun episode. We got to see Jets backstory adapted and they did it well with the good old noir style. I loved that they stayed true to how Jet lost his arm and I totally appreciate that. We also got some bonding time with Spike and Faye and the usual story progression for Vicous and Julia as they prepare for the coup. At this point in the story I can tell they're going in a different direction then what most fans wanted. Although it's dissapointing in interested to see where this leads. Witherway this was fun episode that I definitly enjoyed.

Ok you get a 10 for this episode because....

...I love the "That 70s Show" reference. If you don't know what I mean, I'm referring to "Foot, Cockroach, Atomic Bomb." The description of the game is almost word-for-word how Hyde describes it in that show.
