Sexual Tension
Hitchcoc28 January 2020
Fleabag has the hots for her lawyer and for our lovable priest. The priest tries t do the right thing but the flesh is pulling him under. See what happens. Fleabag also has her assault trial coming up for her potential brother in law. Very salty episode.

Some standout moments in a generally strong episode

Fleabag has a wild night and has more issues to deal with the day after.

This is another very enjoyable episode with great character moments and humour.

She has several memorable exchanges with various characters such as Clare, Martin, and the Priest.

My favourite part is the Godmother's reactions to the news she gets from the Priest, both before and after he leaves the house. Olivia Coleman is brilliant in this role.

All performances are great and the production values are as strong as ever.

The streak continues

Warning: Spoilers
Been a little while since I heard Olivia Colman scream her head off in anything. I was DYING😂The vulgarity, the reactions from Fleabag and Claire... I know Fleabag said Godmother wasn't an evil stepmom, but she kind of is if you ask me... What a great scene though!

This whole episode was great. The scene with Martin was so uncomfortable and a little hard to watch. I have no remorse for this guy whatsoever (even after finishing the series). The writing for that argument was really well acted and tense though.

I really liked the dialogue about hair as well. That was funny but also sad.

And then the final moments with Fleabag and the Priest were great of course. Funny, sweet and surprising in all the right places.

Episode 2.5
Prismark1017 July 2019
Warning: Spoilers
In times of trouble Fleabag looks for casual sex and she certainly found it with the hot misogynist. Nine times!

Of course it is all to do with the relationship with the priest. He is afraid of being physical with Fleabag because he will fall in love with her.

The priest even cooks up an excuse not to officiate her father's wedding by claiming his brother has been involved in an accident.

Meanwhile her sister Claire has had a bad hair day. A radical chic haircut which puts her marriage on the line.

It is more noticeable in the second series, how both the sisters are there for each other in time of need.

Hugh Dennis returns as the bank manager. He drops in to tell Fleabag that he heading for new pastures but he stays long enough to manage the cafe.

Of course this episode is all about the Priest and Fleabag. Someone has to give.
