Haunting
26 April 2003
This movie/miniseries (as it is often shown) is probably one of the most haunting experiences I had growing up. The story deals with death, loss and responsibilities, and does not patronize its intended (young) audience. Most of all though, the soundtrack really got to me. The main theme can bring tears to my eyes even now, 26 years after it was first shown, way back then As a little boy I focused more on the scawwy scawwy dragon (don't laugh, it was kinda scary in 1977/78 !), but seeing it as an adult made me appreciate the story even more, although it's still hauntingly sad in places.. Brilliant work.

The 80's will never return, but we still have Molly Ringwald
11 September 2002
Although the acting in this movie is really not all that great, and ms. Ringwalds singing attemps might make your feet cringe, it is in fact a rather chraming little movie, and Molly Ringwald shows the stuff that made a lot of guys growing up in the 80's have a wicked crush on her. Ofcourse the ending is predictable from the first 2 minutes into the movie, but it does have it moments.

St. Paul (2000– )
Interesting Dramatization of the great Apostle
31 March 2002
This is quite fascinating. We follow the man Saul, who as an authority figure persecutes the growing sect of these dangerous christians. And see him at last turn the 'the light'. as Saint Paul, he is a much revered person in Christianity, but this movie portrays him also before, not covering up in mushy mushy goodness that he did was he was supposed to, therefore making his eventual christianity more deer and costly to him and his friends.

Star Trek: Voyager (1995–2001)
Actually, I like it!
13 May 1999
Although the first two seasons are as cra ppy as seems to be the 'rule' for ST series, it really picks up and becomes VERY good.. Especially after the season 3 finale, Scorpion, which introduces everybody's favourite Borg; 7 of 9, the series really rules.. I'm very much for it !!
