Perfect, Carrey is great. Simply put, Carrey deserves an Oscar for his portrayal and the movie as well.

Panned, looked down upon was this movie, yet it is one of the best. Ranking right up there with Se7en, this movie has it all. A unique twist at the end, an original storyline..what more could you ask for. I honestly don't know what everyone else was watching, cause it sure as heck couldn't be this movie. If you liked Se7en or those thrillers that leave you guessing, than this one is for you. A 10!!

Alright, I've had enough. Godzilla was a GREAT movie, and I'm just sick and tired of all the critics and others who view the movie as a complete disaster due to its lack of a story and other problems.

Personally, I don't care. The movie, from day one was meant to be just a big effects laden action movie. It's just for fun. I understood the story. The movie should just be viewed as a fun, blow everything up in your way movie. Don't be so hard. Sit back and enjoy.

Yes, this movie is like Naked Gun and Airplane. It was a good movie, not great good. If you like just plain silly, laugh a minute (or in this movie, like every second line. I don' think there was a serious part in the movie) than give this one a shot. Not a masterpiece of the genre, but just for fun
