Everyone missed the point on this one
8 October 1999
It has to be one of the best action movies I've ever seen, at last since Lorenzo Lamas' Viper. Rodman is certainly no good, especially when compared to brilliant sidekick Michael (Filip Nikolic) who delivers a slick Will-Smith type performance, and sometimes raises himself to the level of acting Lamas displayed in Viper. Anyone for a Best Supporting Actor nomination? The film itself is a kung fu showdown, with Nikolic again in the center of the action. Definitely a great one!

Bad Blood (1994)
Sensitive trucker to the rescue
23 June 1999
Lorenzo Lamas once again displays all the sensibility and emotion an actor should be able to show. This film is a great homage to the trucker world. Every trucker should thank him for that, because they are at last shown under a different light. Superb work, Lorenzo!

Great sequel!
23 June 1999
Despite bad reviews and a low box-office success, this film must be considered a classic among movies. With a very low budget, it achieves what a lot of big-budget flicks never did: being interesting and funny to watch. With the acclaimed performance of Christopher Lee, his master counterpart, and some good directing, this film is a must-see.

Scandal! An insult to the public!
11 June 1999
How in the world could everybody like or even watch this movie? It is a terrible excerpt of what french cinema can sometimes become. It is a movie about poverty, about despair, about stupid people embarked in a pointless, common and uninteresting life. Who wants to watch two stupid girls getting along and fighting over (not even for!) a guy who cannot exist in real life? The director, realising the lack of interest of the film, felt compelled to include nude scenes, violence... to make it something else than an amateur movie... But obviously he failed! This film is surfing on the wave of french poverty films, which, somehow, attract the public. Total scandal and rip off! Do not watch it, not even for fun cos it is not.

Typical Lorenzo Lamas flick

Lorenzo at his best! Emotion, passion, drama, one of the biggest action flicks of the year , even with a small budget, but Lorenzo is enough and steals the show. G R E A T

A film to think about
10 June 1999
At last, sci-fi gave its best, thanks to a director who provided us with another great movie, Total Recall, leaving us with lots of things to think about. Starship Troopers is not a pop-corn movie, or at least is not just that. Sure, it has action and SFX like never before (and was WAY ahead of Titanic) but it is also an interesting criticism of facist society, where men and women are sent to be eaten by bugs, which they do not realise at first, but later in the scenario. What can be most appreciated, but was not at the time of its big screen release was that the actors were not chosen for their acting capacities, but only for their background. How fun and interesting to see Beverly Hills characters beeing ripped off by giant bugs! Ironside make a great leader, Rico keeps his hairstyle all the way (how does he do that with a helmet!), Denise Richards keeps smiling even when her shoulder is dislocated and close friends are decapitated! A must-see film, that must be seen with no prior thoughts, and with a lot of second degree

The Rage (1997)
10/10
a TV movie

What a show! Lorenzo Lamas once again proves his talent as a cop who committed the worst crime a good cop can commit, by being a good cop. Then, again, he shows how sensitive a cop can be, displaying a range of emotions like no other actor can except, maybe, himself in Terminal justice.

HUGE ENJOYMENT!

Renegade (1992–1997)
Great action show! Superb acting!
5 June 1999
The Renegade (Le rebelle for french viewers) is one of the best action shows running in France. Thanks to Lorenzo Lamas great performance, the show features John Woo-style action with Chuck-Norris-type high kicks and Chow Yun Fat-like gunfights. Definitely great storyline (with the relentless running away of Reno Raines and his quest to get back his true identity and eventually his honor). Sadly, the show was cancelled but reruns work just fine and make you rediscover this great action show
