The Orville: Electric Sheep (2022)
Season 3, Episode 1

Very predictable episode
3 June 2022
A very predictable episode and I expected better from the Orville. This show is so much better than Trek, but this episode is a total let down. Episode like this with "happy ending" is poor writing. I hope this season gets better.

It is true. This film is total garbage! You been warned.

I truly wanted to like this movie. How could Jason Momoa could be involve in this disaster. Yes, one gives up disbelieve in seeing a movie, but at a certain point one just gives up.

I can list the ten unbelievable moments in this film, but what is the point. This movie is a huge waste of time. You have been warned.

Season 3 is a total snooze fest!!! A big let down from the first two seasons
25 May 2021
I truly do not understand the audience they were going for. Season 3 is a total snooze fest. It is slow as molasses in January. It is a total departure from the first two seasons. I understand the "Art House" style Ansari was going for, but please do not bore your audience. He should have just stated a new TV series and not "bait and switched" us with this show, calling it "Master of None". You have been warned, your patience watch these five episodes will not be rewarded.

What a waste of talent.
1 March 2021
Terrible movie. It was OK, until 1:22 minute and it totally went off the rails. The Direcor and Screen Writer should never and I mean never made another movie. Such a total waster. I just love movies to much to have someone's waste there time.

Six Feet Under: Everyone's Waiting (2005)
Season 5, Episode 12

Best ending to a TV series!! Period!!
12 April 2008
I watched the final episode when it came out back in 2005 and the last 15 minutes took my breathe away. I never realized how attached I became to those fictional characters. This episode still haunts me. In 2008, I am currently station in Afghanistan and again re-watched the entire series again on DVD. Even though I knew how the series would end, the final episode still had the same impact on me as the first time I saw it. I can not believe how it still haunts my memories. This has to be the best ending to a TV series ever. We do get total closure on all of the characters in the series. This will sound "corny" but this episode has changed the way I looked at life and it made me appreciate the people in my life more.

One of the best Mini-Series Ever Made
8 July 2006
If you like mini-series I Cladius, you will like this series. I watched this as a young teenager and learn more on what brought the world, World War I that all of the boring history lessons I took in school. Also, the breath and scope of this TV mini-series just can not be remade today. Only HBO has the clout and finances to tackle this type of material.

The acting in this series is old school British theater and is a little talkative for the modern MTV generation who are use to more action, however, it is very rewarding to listen to the words and watch the scope of history unfold. You will understand that the end of the series that it is individuals who make history and individuals have the power to literally to change the world.

This mini-series is well worth your time and attention.

Pixote (1980)
Powerful movie about street life in Brazil.
16 June 2002
Even though this film is about children, this is not a children movie and I warn all adults twice before children under sixteen see this movie. I remember seeing this movie over twenty years ago and it still haunts me today of these powerfull images of urban street life and the downside of human nature. You follow the life of the main character (a young boy Pixote) as he tries to survive the mean streets of San Paulo. His only crime is he is an orphan and poor. You see how the powerfull "adults" use the powerless 'children". You will see how poverty and the constant struggle for a daily existence will damage the young characters in this movie for the rest of their lives.

I would highly recommend everyone to see this film if you want to get a glimpse of what it is like to live in the so called "third world" and how the victimization goes on daily agains the powerless members of those societies.
