The Last Stop (2000)
Pretty awful, even for 2 am television
I saw this movie while surfing through infomercials and late-night 80's sitcoms on tv one night at 2 in the morning. I must say, I didn't expect much, and I didn't get much. Although Rose McGowan is hot, her performance and the performance of the rest of the cast was not Oscar-worthy, to say the least. This movie has its ups and downs, and does have a nice couple of twists at the end, but in all honesty it was awful. Not even a typical slasher movie. No gore, no sex, no nudity, no real violence. Just bad acting. I'd give it a 3 out of 10.
Whatever It Takes (2000)
Simply Awful
This film was awful. It took the "teen film" genre to an all time low. Acting was terrible (except for the hot young Marla Sokoloff), writing was cliched, and directing was non existent. I could have written a better story than this. Maybe I will.
The In Crowd (2000)
Mind-numbingly horrible
This movie was incredibly bad. Worst of 2000's summer. The plot was unintelligible and uncreative, the acting was mediocre, and the directing was wretched. I normally like the "high school" genre, however this movie does not fulfil even the lowest of expectations. Perhaps one reason for this is because there were no big names to carry the film, all of the roles are played by bit players.
Blade Runner (1982)
The worst movie ever made
This movie is without a doubt the worst I have ever seen. It is typical of 1980's sci-fi cheese. The plot is absolutely horrible, the acting even worse. There is no redeeming value to this movie. It is a shame that an actor such as Harrison Ford would put his name on something this bad. If I was him I would try and get it banned or something. I actually felt dumber after watching it.
Big Momma's House (2000)
Mrs. Doubtfire meets Bad Boys
This movie is absolutely horrible. There is no redeeming value to this movie. It was probably the worst of the summer. The jokes were not funny, the plot was weak, and of course the acting was terrible. This was the biggest waste of an hour and a half ever.
Body Parts (1991)
Pretty bad
This movie was pretty bad. It was quite scary at times, but only because I watched it late at night in a big house by myself. The plot was awful. Unrealistic beyond even science fiction imaginations. The gore was the only redeeming value.
