Midnight Mass (2021)
Loved it. Great story!
This was such a great show! I had no idea what I was getting myself into and love the twist of Catholicism. Front start to finish it had me hooked and I actually enjoyed the ending of a Netflix series lol. Two thumbs up. It's a pretty unique story and that's hard to get nowadays.
The Conjuring (2013)
Best horror movie
One of the few horror movies where everything works magically while maintaining the creepiness. The acting, storyline, and overall scare is a gem for me. Whenever someone asks for a scary movie recommendation. I say The Conjuring.
His Dark Materials: The Daemon-Cages (2019)
Incredibly fast paced with seriously dark undertones
Impressive action scenes with gut wrenching scenarios. You will get all the feels through out this episode.....honestly there were a couple scenes I was so uncomfortable, it was hard to watch. But, my favorite part about the show is that the creators/producers/directors are not afraid to push the envelope and GO THERE. And I think this is becoming a Sci-Fi / Fantasy masterpiece, and all I want is more.
Breaking Bad (2008)
Start to finish, best show of all time....
I give this a 10 because in my opinion this is the best... it's hard to have a show from start to finish execute on all levels. The music, acting, cinematography, SYMBOLISM, and intensity is so infectious that I would recommend it to anyone. At times this show genuinely scared me..... it scared me because I honestly thought this might be how it is in the meth drug dealing world. Granite this is a tv show but damn....it made me feel that way and I can't help it. Vince Gilligan you are a true artist and I will give you a standing ovation for this series. Thank you so much.
Game of Thrones: The Door (2016)
Genius
Hands down, "the door" is my favorite GoT episode. It is absolutely genius and has all the feels in it. Credit does go to George R. R. Martin for being a literary genius with one particular character (will not spoil), but how the directors portrayed George's concept in this episode was INCREDIBLE. Not to mention how mind blowing this episode was. Two thumbs up.
Big Little Lies: Tell-Tale Hearts (2019)
Raw, intense, and realistic
Wow. Wow. Wow. This episode hit peaks I would have NEVER expected, and I was s****** bricks with multiple scenes of this episode. I think the best part of it is that the title of the show is "big little lies". That is exactly what this epsiode portrayed was that a little lie can turn into something big. As stupid as it sounds, as a viewer, I definitely overlooked some of their little lies but this epsiode exemplifies how big of a deal a little lie can be and how that lie can effect someone else. The acting is impeccable and Meryl Streep (of course) just adds to one of the most stacked casts of all time. Two thumbs up.
