A heiress goes back to her roots before taking over an empire. Her mother's home town is different in many ways than the environment she is living and brings a lot of surprises. There was good chemistry between the two characters and the storyline was great comparing to some of the other Hallmark movies that came out this year.

The TV series is based on some of the characters while it is not like the book series. It similar to the Nancy Drew tv series where they have taken the names of the book but done a whole new spin. The tv series does contain suspense and flow, but can be a bit disconnected here and there.

It is family based tv series which brings light. It shows the ups and downs in life and how to face it.

Each episode has a great flow and keeps you on the edge. Can't wait to see what will happen in the next season.

Really enjoying the tv series and Miss Scarlet character. She is a strong woman with an eye. Hope there would be a season 2.

The movie was okay. I got bored in some parts. I wouldn't definitely watch it more than once as it did not create a smooth story like other Hallmark Chanel movies.

Although I have read almost all of the Nancy Drew books this is not like those books. However, they have taken the main characters of the book and created a whole new story with a different angle. In each episode there is more elements that keeps you on your toes

The TV series is amazing with talents of the main character and the character build up. Wish they would revive the series again

Great show with a lot of values in it. The value of community and how we can be like a family and give a helping hand even if we are not blood related is shown in this show. This is a good tv show like When Calls the Heart

It was a great Christmas movie and shows how even a little kid could make a difference.

The movie was nice and insightful. It showed the ups and downs in a relationship as well as negativity when couples or even friends for that matter do not communicate with each other. It showed that communication is one of the pillars for a successful relationship.
