Poor make-up, poor sound quality, poor Foley artistry. The sound effects were inconsistent, the make up was like cheap Halloween make-up, and the sound was all over the place. I've seen worse, but it's been a while. I'm guessing the budget was really low or poorly spent.

I really liked it. My only disappointment was the amount of time spent on her childhood. I would have preferred they used the time to extend the story to her revival in popularity with songs like "Knew You Were Waiting" and "Who's Zoomin' Who?"

It decided to get ridiculously stupid and impossible. Yes, I know it's a movie, but leave the fantastical feats of impossible strength, defiance of physics, and lack of realism, to superheroes, or Godzilla etc. Try to make it "possible" even if improbable.
