This is by far one of the absolute most ridiculous "B" movies I've ever seen in my life....needless to say I loved it!....it looks like it was recorded on a VHS camcorder from 1991, has loads of blood and guts and to my surprise a cameo by my all-time idol Jello Biafra who used to be the lead singer of the Dead Kennedys and a wonderful spoken word artist...i just happened to stumble across it on netflix and with a title like Retardead how could I not check it out....certainly not for everyone, but if you like really ridiculous movies with loads of blood and hilarious dialogue you wont be disappointed....and thanks to the only other reviewer on IMDb i find out its a sequel to a movie called "Monsturd" made by the same guys!....yes...seriously...."Monsturd".....cant wait to check that one out too!

****** I clicked the spoiler thing just in case, but I wouldn't worry about it too much***** First off you have to understand.....this may possibly be the worst movie ever made....but thats why I LOVE it so much!!! I just watched it last night for the first time ever and I was laughing so hard it HURT.....seriously get stoned before you watch this......the movie makes no sense and many of the scenes are out of order.........the story is absurd and has ABSOLUTELY nothing to do with the basement........oh man I laughed and laughed and laughed.......the nurse is REALLY REALLY HOT, that was a plus......I like really bad movies and this has to be the worst I've ever seen....but don't get me wrong its GREAT!!! Everything is so ridiculous I LOVE IT.......ABSOLUTELY A MUST SEE IF YOU LIKE BAD MOVIES LIKE ME IT IS AMAZING
