She is not the queen of the internet!
7 July 2008
Warning: Spoilers
She is not the queen of the internet! Who gave her this title? I am a cyberspace regular, since the first Apple Computer and never heard of her until the ads came on M.T.V. for the show. I gave it a chance by watching a couple of times - and WOW! I cannot believe that American Television is now showing PORN during Prime Time Television. MTV has now been blocked from viewing on my cable box in our home. There are some shows that I enjoyed viewing on MTV, but not anymore. I have teenagers and do not want them looking at trashy television. Thank God we have this BLOCKING feature. "This TILLA girl is a disgrace to us women and to her Family (her poor parents)." The show is not real anyway - she will probably not find true love - its just a money & ratings show." I DO NOT want my kids watching this! Gradually MTV will slowly loose it's audience and maybe then they will get the hint and hire DECENT PRODUCERS!

"Don't play what you know - Play what you don't know"! says RA
21 March 2007
Yes! It was a low budget film and it was my very first. Although I did not know who "Sun Ra" was at the time - I did enjoy working with him. I will always remember his very words to me during the filming of the nightclub scene (in which I had a small speaking role). We were taking a lunch break and I had decided to sit at the piano and hit some piano keys, just for fun. Ra came walking by and glancing over to me he said, "Don't play what you know - Play what you don't know"! I am not a professional musician, but always remember these words when playing an instrument. I was very happy to see that this film made it to DVD a few years ago.
