Joy Ride (2001)
Whew...what a rush!
21 March 2002
I recently rented Joy Ride on DVD and i must say, that was one the best suspense thriller films that i have seen in a while. It really messes with your head.

The story is two brothers going to Colorado decide to mess with truckers using there newly purchased CB radio. Sure it seems like a little innocent fun until they mess with the wrong guy.

While watching Joy Ride, I had various mixed emotions because thats what kind of movie it is. Some parts I was laughing my head off, some parts i was freaking out, other parts i was sad, and some parts just left me feeling dirty... I began to feel sorry for the trucker Rusty Nail because of what Paul Walker and Steve Zahn were doing to him and during the entire movie i was like, Well they kind of deserve what he is doing to them, but then i stopped rooting for Rusty Nail after he went a little to far for vengence and started rooting for Paul Walker.

Joy Ride to tell you the truth was not really one of my high expectations when it firs came out, but after i saw it, it is definatly going in my top favorite movies. You should Really check this one out as soon as possible.

Wolf Lake (2001–2002)
Twin Peaks Meets The Howling with a little dash of The X-files.
28 September 2001
Lou Diamond Phillips + Tv Show + Werewolves= Wolf Lake The Season Premiere may not have been a big hit but I sure did like it. It had many elements of different shows and movies. Like Twin Peaks, A detective comes to a weird weird town with a bunch of psycho residents that know something that he doesnt. Also, most of the show may be like Twin Peaks but you cant forget the most obvious element THE WEREWOLVES! I mean Duh! Its kinda cool because when these people in there wolf form see things its like a bad scene out of Predator or something. But other then the cheesy rip off elements (which there is a lot of) the whole show will leave you Howling with delight, Hahahahahahahaha.....Sorry. So dont Miss Wolf Lake if you want a creepy show about psycho town folk who can turn into werewolves and a clue less detective who is looking for is kidnapped love Ruby in the crazy place. You wont go unsatisfied.

Castlevania-Better Then Ever...
3 September 2001
Sure it's sort of an old game But hey its most likely the fan favorite of all CASTLEVANIA games. This game is so much different from all the other CV games such as Game play, Graphics, And Most of all Sound Voice And Score(music). These features make this game so great as it should be. Sure the Voice Acting can get cheesy at some points in the game but the INCREDIBLE game play makes up for all the flaws. The controls are outstanding and you can actually jump across a pit in this one as opposed to all the other NES CV GAMES! (a little inside joke to all CV players) But anyway this is probably the best CV game that KONAMI has released in a long time. So go buy this title or rent it today you wont be displeased. I know I wasn't!
