And yes, I love the movies. But the characters are all unlikable and the ending is obvious within the first 10 minutes.

I would've given 0/10, but at least some of the songs are fun. But otherwise, I was seriously raging all the time. Absolute time loss.

If you're into the topic (doesn't matter if you believe in it), it's a very good adaptation.

I felt the desperation of the people who can't be with their loved ones anymore. I would hate it to be in this situation in general, staying alone - Actually, this made me emotional. And I've never seen a movie so far that tried to portrait it like that; the fear of being left behind.

I was surprised how good this series is for a YouTube show! But it has absolutely nothing to do with the Step Up franchise, so don't expect any familiar characters. And it's much more serious and deeper than the movies. But the dances/dancer are still amazing! At the same time it criticizes our society in so many different ways. For myself, it did catch me emotionally right away. The actors are amazing as well, they portrait the character development perfectly. Sometimes it's a bit much cliché, but it still has enough unexpected plot twists. So definitely a must watch if you are into drama series and (of course) dancing!
