Electric Dreams: Kill All Others (2018)
Season 1, Episode 10
Very rare, Anti Globalist Sci-Fi.
11 January 2019
Warning: Spoilers
While most recent sci-fi, including this series as an whole, tends to be gentrified pc crap that only function to repeat the "orange man bad" mantra. This episode is a true gem, with some very cleaver critique of the globalist society.

While being set in in the u.s there are several hints that its actually europe and in specific the e.u that its about. You see this in the end with manchester soccer match , and the very cleaver use of color on and around the "candidate".

Its conveyence of consumer capitaism as an pooly hidden overall goal, with only token "orginal" workers is brilliant. And the same way is its critique og right think, a parralel to this could be britans tommy robinson. Being portrayed as a right wing radical by the large political and media consensus, and in many ways being branded an enemy of the state.

Fake reviewers dosent make this watchable
31 May 2018
Have a look at how many reviews these 10-8 stars reviewers have....

"Great for girls night out" sure if you hate your friends.. and your brain.

I wonder what other "tricks" the studios are using to get people to watch the unwatchable.

Terrible movie, by terrible people with terrible people

Define good for me ?
21 May 2018
My first review was deleted, and so was a lot of other reviews.

Free speach is not what it used to be....

I only pointed out that a lot of reviewers gave this a 1 rating without having seen it, based on their "Christianity is bad" belifs. And that way of being an atheist is pretty lame if you ask me.

My guess is i offended a sjw or two, so at least it was well wort it :)

Im giving this "documentary" a 1 star rating because its one big commercial for social constructivism, elitist morallity and commercialized identity politics.

If there where a hint of discussion about the popes "being good and ohh so tolerant" morality and why it differs so much from other popes and what it means in a social and historical context, i wouldent dislike it so much

This movie do not exist.
16 May 2018
Okay yes it does exist, but its remarkle how forgetable it is. This just popped up somewhere, and i completely forgot i watched it just 3 moths ago.

Im sure it has some layered psychology to it, beneath its "cheating wife trying to redeem herself" theme. But it dident touch me, or even annoyed me. I have rarely had a movie move me so little. Its beautiful and all but for reason i remember more from say 2005's Doom...

Im giving it a 5, for being so attuned to whatever the middle of the cinematic universe is that it comes close to not existing.

A Seinfeld quote seems so misplaced here that i have to do it.

Social Justice Wars: The Last Gentrification.
30 April 2018
Ohh look we have a latino and an asian now !!

Its equal parts dumb and obvius what its trying to do, in star trek its a part of the premise but here it feels so forced and greedy.

Its clear they dont even understand what star wars is, its an arketypical story set in space. The best example of why this fails is the way they fumble around with the female archetypes, they are only portraied as mothers and when they are not they are knee deep in some weird copy paste of the male arketypes over female leads. I wouldent mind having more female charakters(or non caucasians for that matter) but when you are trying to construct the same story in a post modern setting where gender dosent exist you end of with this mehh experience that dosent really appeal to anyone on a deeper level. If you dont want to "offend" anyone, you cant speak the truth, and when that happens you cant tell a story, and this is really where star wars fails.

What is going on with the imdb rating ?
28 March 2018
My best guess it must have been marketed at the wrong segment, maybe someone expected the likes of two broke girls glee, fun loving characters ect.

Worst thing i can say about this show is that its kind of a Dennis(Sunny) spin off, but its clever and hilarious. Maybe its just for depraved people like me who likes it edgy and anti gentrified, and its all the wholesome people tuning in and getting disapointed.

I would compare it to Vice Principals, but more original in its writing.

Seriously, the teacher tickler made me laugh so hard, that joke alone should net this show and emmy and a decent 8 on imdb.

Burned out ?
10 November 2017
Warning: Spoilers
I am amazed at how not funny this show has become, the first 3 seasons got progressively better. But this fourth season is almost devoid of humor, some episodes are worse then others, but the lows really hit a new bottom each time. It feels like they lost all sense of self irony, and the only jokes that works are those with the shows side characters.

I don't know why they started taking them self so serious that they cant be funny, but take the "Mushrooms" episode.

At the end there is a behind the scenes bit where they talk about how it was suppose to mimic the viewer taking psychedelic mushrooms. But what we get is an mostly animated(very well done) episode that just seems to drive the character arc forward, Abby kills her boss's cat(because that is apparently what you do on mushrooms??) and gets fired.

Having rewatched a couple of these episodes back to back with the old ones, i had to come back to this review and restate how incredibley bad the writing has become.

Nexflix aims to please everyone..
1 September 2017
Its basically just every action romance comedy you have ever seen, just with re-shoot of new actors playing over the same scene and dialog you have heard so many times before.

I have seen a LOT of movies, but rarely have i seen such a petty attempt at a cash grab. This movie might contain the phrase "mother ¤¤cker" a million times, but trust me it will NOT offend anyone. The pretentious edginess in its setup, is so obvious that it will leave you wondering who can stand to keep their eyes open while watching this.

From the casting and locations, its clear this movie is basically just a way to get some European film funding and tic of them boxes.

Deathrace 2017
15 June 2017
Set in a future 1999 where the last decent cop on earth has to race for his life in cars that run on human blood.... YES YES YES !!!!!

This is exactly what the death race remake should have been, violent and with a great dark humor.

Its amazing to see something so edgy get a series and I'm sure it will find an audience. Im also sure some people will find the plot, the blood and the 80's retro vibe too much, but there are plenty of other shows for those folks. This show is for my fellow geeks out there.

Original, prophetic and daring.
8 January 2017
Edit:its been cancelled and there are very little hope it will come back on, but its still very very watchable.

I am blown away by this show, while it do have some small problems, its a hardcore sci-fi drama driven by a solid script with no fillers. It has an expanding story that seems exceptional well thought out beneath its exterior, compared to other sci-fi shows.

Its World is frightening close to ours, and there lies the true drama of the show, the dystopian nightmare vaguely reminiscent of what going on when you watch the news. It dares to go places I haven't seen before in on TV, combined with the obvious undertones of a strong political themed subject matter. (If you don't believe in climate change this show might make you think about the consequences if you are wrong)

Acting, casting and budget could probably drag its rating down but with such detail in script and world building, i have to give it a 10/10. More shows like this please.

Don't believe the hype.
12 September 2016
While this movie tries to tackle great issues like women's rights and religion, its story telling and character development falls short. It tries to hit you with it subjects like a hammer, but it contradicts it self in its morality. You end up with a protagonist, who seems to be only a chosen protagonist because she is a girl despite she commits the same "sins" as the others. It seems to have a concept of good and evil ut the lack of execution and follow up in its characters makes it very annoying to watch. I would in no way call it a horror movie, there are one or two disturbning scenes that seems to come out of nowhere, but they neither drives the movie forward or has anything to say that you don't know already. As others have pointed out, lots of fake reviews, so be warned.
