Army of the Dead (2021)
Awesome
At last a fun packed Z movie. It does have a few homage moments (rip off) from movies like Aliens but what the hell, I enjoyed this.
The Tomorrow War (2021)
Super summer flick
Now & then Amazon Prime gives us a gem, like this movie. An action packed, well written & well acted movie.
A perfect popcorn movie.
It Chapter Two (2019)
A fun horror ride!
I loved the first movie, but this one I love better. The pace moves quicker with the story, the effects are great & Pennywise is just bad ass. It does have some flaws, maybe a little too long in running time, a bit more of Pennywise screen time would've been good, but apart from that, I loved this.
Black Christmas (2019)
Another remake mistake!
Ok, so I was really looking forward to this one, but it was a complete disappointment. I think it's time to stop making remakes of this, you can not recapture the spirit of the original 1974 classic, ever!. I do give this version some credit though, in changing up the story. Not the worst movie I've ever seen but it was a tough watch. Watch the 1974 classic rather.
Wrong Turn (2021)
If it's not broke why fix it?
I think most people have had enough of remakes, it used to be that a remake was made 30 years after it's original, now Hollywood is chucking them at us at a rate.
Unfortunately this movie is awful on many levels, but it's main flaw is it's boring. The acting was fine but that's about it, leave the original's alone, get back to original writing please.
The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It (2021)
Slightly lacking the suspense
I love the Conjuring universe, all movies up to now have been awesome, however, this one is lacking both in scares & suspense. Still a good movie, the story is good, but there's something missing, I hope the next movie with have it's magic formula back on track. Still worth a look though.
Wonder Woman 1984 (2020)
Wonder ok!
I have mixed feelings about this sequel. It's not as good as the first movie, but it does have some awesome moments, the action is great, the soundtrack is superb too. I love the Lynda Carter cameo at the end.
Halloween (2018)
The night a decent sequel comes home
At last a sequel that is worthy. Jamie Lee Curtis is fn' amazing, she portrays a down beaten Laurie who finds her strength. The fear is back, I can't wait for Halloween Kills.
