Avatar: The Last Airbender (2024)
Whats not to like?
I literally loved everything about this series. I know people are loyal to the cartoon and had their fingers burnt by the awful film, but this is definitely not that. It is engaging, funny and told excellently. I would highly recommend this to all viewers!
If I had one criticism I would say it falls off a bit halfway through, with a couple of episodes feeling a bit like 'filler episodes' but this is quickly forgotten when the action begins.
I think people who loved the original are a bit closed minded to these things but truthfully this is a good series which could be enjoyed by all if the fans of the original could just get over it haha.
Wild Mountain Thyme (2020)
Beautiful film
This was one of the most beautiful films I have seen. Gorgeous Ireland, a lovely love story, and elements of madness all rolled into one! I have seen this now multiple and it always brings a tear to my eye.
The Mezzotint (2021)
Genuinely quite creepy
I like Mark Gatiss but I'm never sure his writing is very good for the Christmas horror. This however may have changed my opinion. He took M R James' story and really brought it to life. The ending was genuinely scary and I finished watching feeling frightened!
Would watch again, and would recommend.
tick, tick...BOOM! (2021)
This movie is incredible
As a lover of Rent, but being too young to have lived through it being on Broadway, I didn't know much about Jonathan Larson. Not only did this movie tell us more about him, but it was moving and spectacular in every way. I highly recommend this.
American Horror Stories (2021)
If I could give this 0 I would.
Two episodes in on Disney Plus and this is the most ridiculous show I've ever seen. A far far cry from the original and seemingly some sadistic male fantasy of a teenage psychopath. I won't be watching any more and I do no recommend.
Midnight Mass (2021)
Fantastical but interesting
I wouldn't say this is a 'horror' per say. It has moments which are a bit scary but it's so unbelievable it's definitely not frightening! Please stick with it until the end it is definitely worth it.

Bratz (2007)
How are you reviewing this movie badly
Okay it's cheesy, but it was made in 2007 and it's a childhood staple. The Bratz were iconic (I mean they still are) and this movie was fabulous in its time!
