I love JiHyo but I have always not been a fan of her picks in kdramas/kmovies, however I feel like this is such an amazing movie. I think coming in with no expectations made it even better but I was genuinely surprised with all the plot twists and storyline. It was scary, thrilling, exciting but I think the major drawback to me was -spoiler- the cult part. They could've made it more creative but they ended up going for the "shocking" plot. I think all actor/actresses were great, especially loved the male lead but yea I think the writer lost the opportunity to make it more different.

I watched this movie with zero expectations, solely because of Hyun Sik. The story was generally okay from start to 3/4, where it was I think Korea's first court with juries, hence it was an important one. & while everyone was already convinced who to vote, Hyunsik wanted to make sure he's 100% confident with his vote so they dug deeper.
BUT i think the major game changer of this movie was at the end. I didn't expect to bawl my eyes out like crAZY, it really taught me a lot and knowing that it was based on a true story made it even more emotional.
