Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World (2003)
Master and Commander: The Far Side Of The World gives you the opportunity to truly feel the era of Napoleon
The film opens by the fact that Crowe commands the ship, which just took part in the fighting and is not in the best shape. He comes orders from the Admiralty. There is a French frigate, which is much more Crow's ship, but, nevertheless, he is the only one who is next to him in these southern latitudes, so this is a mission to search and destroy. The mission cannot be completed until the required repairs are made.
In the film surprisingly little hostilities until the very end. It focuses on characters and in the smallest detail describes life on board the British linear ship during Napoleonic Wars. The action takes place in 1805, immediately after the Trafalgar battle, and the UK still holds a lot of ships near the house.
Crow is simply gorgeous in the role of Obelli, charismatic captain of this vessel. He gets good support from other actors, among whom I most like a ship surgeon Paul Bettany and Max Pirkis as a young Michman, to which Crowe shows a deechnic interest.
In a sense, the nickname character "Lucky" is the wrong name. Jack Obry performed by Crow is a skillful, brave and experienced person who knows how to use luck and create his own good luck. At this moment he faces a French ship.
Master and Commander: The Far Side Of The World gives you the opportunity to truly feel the era of Napoleon. I really hope that Russell Crowe will get another chance to return to the "Lucky Jack Obry" screen.
Around the World in 80 Days (2021)
In general, in general, the film is entertaining and cheerful, but it is unlikely to like everyone.
Decent film. He is good, energetic, but very stupid and not memorable. I must say that the film looks delightful thanks to colorful scenery and luxurious costumes. Steve Kugan copes well with the role of Finias Fogg, Cecil de France is very charming and cute in the role of his love interest, and Jackie Chan proves what a talented versatile actor, fulfilling a very funny role to Passepan with very inventive tricks. Jim Brdball is excellent in the role of Lord Kelvin, and there are really thoroughly thought out scenery. Although the film was quite interesting, what ruined him? Well, firstly, the script was weak most of the time. And do not wait for the exact adaptation of the history of Jules Verne, otherwise you are waiting for disappointment. There is a similarity with history and the film of 1956, but will subscribe about the statue of Buddha bordered with absurdity. There are very silly moments, the police sergeant, prone to accidents, was very funny, and Yuen Bremmer played him brilliantly. But I was not sure that General Fong was a necessary character, and the most stupid character for me was Prince Hapi, which was played by Arnold Chartersnegger. In general, in general, the film is entertaining and cheerful, but it is unlikely to like everyone.
Overboard (1987)
The film "Overboard" is the perfect vehicle for Kurt and Goldi, and their fans will eat it with pleasure.
Kurt Russell plays a widowed father of four boys who are so far from the Bradie family. He himself a little big child and believes that the main thing is to pay bills, to provide yourself with food and roof over your head. In fact, the rich Hollywood heiress Goldie Hawn hires him so that he to redo the wardrobe for shoes on her yacht when they relax on the Pacific Northwest on the Columbia River. When he does not fit it the most stringent standards, she knocks out 600 dollars from Russell, who was going to pay him. But when Goldie falls overboard in the middle of the night and acquires Amnesia, Kurt announces it with his bride, and she becomes his banging maid.
There are strange things, and in the end Goldie begins to really think that it belongs to him, after some rude initiation. Work on the house and she is other people. However, she helps the fact that she has Edvard Herrmann's husband. And the labor ethics went to her from Mother Catherine Helmond, which, obviously, worked in the Helmsley family.
Kurt and Goldie and 4 actor children who play Kurt's children in "overboard" provide the best scenes in the film. Unfortunately, the film is so frank that the rating G is impossible. However, the PG rating is, even if it is on the verge.
The film "Overboard" is the perfect vehicle for Kurt and Goldi, and their fans will eat it with pleasure.
Also, like the rest of the movie actors.
