Unfriended (2014)
Horrible great idea
Couldn't wait for these stupid teens to get picked off one by one after cyber bullying that poor girl. This was a great idea but, definitely not original. If anyone wants to watch a much better version of a film like this, watch "The Den". You'll thank me after.
The Blair Witch Project (1999)
Original masterpiece
This kept me a nervous wreck throughout. Considering the reviews I've seen, looks like you'll either love it or hate it. I personally love it, and think it's better than a lot of films I've seen with an all star cast, and a much higher budget.
Halloween Kills (2021)
A curse to the franchise
The only reason this gets 2 stars is because they are some awesome kills. The rest of the film shows a bunch of idiots running around cluelessly trying to hunt down the boogeyman. I personally think they should've got some advice from Rob Zombie. This is an absolute embarrassment to the franchise.
Unhinged (2020)
Russell Crowe shows the definition of consequence
Tom Cooper (Russell Crowe) was nothing to play with. This was a man that's had enough with everyone and everything. This film is pretty brutal so beware. Rachel Hunter (Caren Pistorius) was so stupid by doing so many dumb moves that I found myself at times rooting for Tom. A very good film, and a must watch to show what could be the consequences of road rage.
The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003)
You're so dead you don't even know it
This is absolutely amazing in every way. Whoever doesn't like this, doesn't like true gruesome gritty horror! One of the very few films that I would consider scary. Ronald Lee Ermey did an outstanding performance as always.
Friday the 13th Part 2 (1981)
These kids smoke better dope than I do
One of my favorite in the Friday the 13th franchise. Has all the suspense, gore, shock, and horror a slasher film needs. Jason goes on a rampage killing horny teenagers, and he loves his momma!
The VVitch: A New-England Folktale (2015)
Slow and steady wins the race
The atmosphere and acting are outstanding in this one. I recommend putting on closed captions (for thee shall be old testament bible babbling throughout). It stays at a good slow pace until the last 45 minutes. Got one good jump scare. Overall I enjoyed the movie.
Elvis (2022)
Elvis gained another fan
This movie is about the perspective of Elvis's manager Tom Parker. Before watching this, I didn't know much about Elvis. I can understand now why a lot of people are crazy about Elvis. It is unfortunate most of the people Elvis was surrounded by in his short life was nothing more than a leech especially the dishonorable Tom Parker.
Misery (1990)
Perfect performance from Bates
A must watch for fans of the king of horror Stephen King. Kathy Bates did an outstanding job. The movie was incredible, and wasn't so far fetched. I could see this happening in real life.
A Nightmare on Elm Street (2010)
A decent cash grab remake
The acting, special effects, and picture was great. If you're not a die hard fan of the original, then I guess you would enjoy this film better than I did.
