In its third iteration, the Doctor Who series returns, distinct from the classic 1963 and the 2005-2022 Doctors. Why the separation and start a new season 1? Although the characters persist, the stories fail to ignite. One wonders what has befallen the once imaginative scribes. Has COVID dampened their creativity, or perhaps the mandatory shots left them with Swiss-cheesed minds?

Regrettably, Russell T. Davies seems to have lost his touch. The 15th Doctor fails to captivate, and if Disney's involvement is any indication, it may result in yet another lackluster production, akin to their recent endeavors.

More disappointment to come.

"Cult Killer," a film that initially enticed viewers with the presence of Antonio Banderas, sadly fails to deliver on its promise of a thrilling and suspenseful experience.

The film's pacing is its most glaring flaw. Instead of gripping the audience's attention, it meanders leisurely, lacking real thrills or drama. A seasoned actor, Banderas is relegated to a supporting role, spending most of his screen time delivering incoherent lines.

The plot, which revolves around a private investigator and a cop investigating the murder of a mentor, has potential but is executed poorly. The antagonist's mission to eliminate child abusers feels forced and unrealistic.

Predictability is another major issue. The story follows a classic formula, leaving little room for surprises or twists. Viewers can easily guess the outcome from the beginning, resulting in a lack of excitement and intrigue.

Unnecessary dialogues and scenes further detract from the film's quality. The fight scene with guards feels out of place, and the excessive violence lacks context and meaning.

"Cult Killer" is a wasted opportunity. Its predictable plot, unnecessary dialogues, and out-of-context violence fail to captivate audiences. Despite a talented cast, their performances cannot salvage the lackluster execution. Save your time and consider watching Paint Peel.

It's perplexing to see high scores attached to the first episode of this series, especially when compared to other movies that are so much better. The initial promise established in the first five minutes quickly dwindles as the show unfolds, leaving audiences questioning the basis for such elevated praise.

In the end, what started with potential ultimately succumbs to a pacing misstep, making it difficult to overlook the series' shortcomings.

He fourth installment is undeniably the weakest in the series. The subpar special effects, coupled with the advanced age of several actors, cast a shadow of doubt over the film's authenticity. It's evident that some cast members appear past their prime, making it hard to buy into their roles as elite operatives. The juxtaposition of aging actors in intense Middle East combat scenarios is glaring, and it's as if they belong in a retirement home rather than on the front lines. The movie's action sequences have notably strayed from the gritty, authentic style of the first Expendables film, now favoring fast-paced, cut-and-clip fight scenes. This departure from the series' roots is a disappointment for fans, as the first Expendables set the standard for unapologetic, hard-hitting action that is sorely lacking in this lackluster fourth entry.

OMG JM starts off by ruining this movie. Nothing he does for this movie was good. I like the cast of actors in this next iteration of FF but JM char tries to be The Joker to Vin's BATMAN and it does not work.

If you are into the franshise then you will enjoy the fast cars and action sequences but everything else falls short with most everything being predictable. The previous enemy are now frienemies to stop a new enemy (JM). The existing cast/crew lost their humor from what was once a good time (Roman/Tej). Nothing sparcs and everything is an action novel. Sad to see such a great start ending in a car crash.

Where have i seen this one before??Oh yeah True Lies TV show. I guess use and repeat from other shows. One organization is trying to defeat the other because oh they hurt people so my lifes mission is to bring them down. And who is it bringing them down a woman. WIth True Lies it too 13 eps. With this 5 to explain why they are doing this...

It good there is a writes strike because nothing good has been produced for the last decade. You have some one offs but for the most part they are picking from the same scripts doing a a slight modification but the story is the same. In this case between TL and C. TL eveyone keeps their memories and this one it is a journey to find the truth. The side stories are better and so is the acting. TL is horrible but getting more disappoint as the story goes on. C has less action and more boring drama. I do not see many staying for the long term.

First they need to change the marque it is not about a girl but about two men on different sides.

In the early 1970s, O'Hara, an IRA member, is ambushed while taking his pregnant wife to the hospital and his wife is accidentally shot by a British soldier named Tempest. Tempest is promoted for his shooting skills and transferred to London to hunt down IRA members. O'Hara also heads to London, where he reunites with his girlfriend and seeks revenge against Tempest, putting his girlfriend in danger. The story follows O'Hara's pursuit of revenge.

It slow pace but worth watching all the way through. It is rated a six because some of the characters were not developed well enough though we understand much of the the why they do what they do.

So the acting is not over the top but it is not bad. You can tell that much of the dialog is meh but as far as story line goes this is a solid 5. Much better than what has being coming out lately so it is worth a view.

It is nothing new from most action B movies but it at least flowed and though very predictable you watch while playing a game on your phone. The ending however was very anticlimactic and again predictable.

Watch it if you are a Wilson or Lundgren fan though they are not the main characters. It is suppose to be the Best Man but even he does share screen time with everyone else.

Everyone is given this movie high praise but it is a box office flop. Why? Maybe because it is a made for TV type of movie with little to nothing new. If you are just comparing this to D&D movies and games then i can see this as a 7 but if you are adding all movies (LOTR) then this is a 5 with modest acting and cartoonist FX.

The main character who is a Harper (Bard) should be able to do more than plan and play a flute. The Paladin was nothing more than an OLD SPICE commercial. The wizard and his self doubt is/was pathetic and the elf did little to nothing to impress. Holga was also a bit meh and should have been more.

I say go watch it and enjoy it for what it is. A live action D&D game that is family friendly.
